We are providing out of the box technical integrations. For Single Sign On, we integrate with Office 365, Google and Shibboleth.
For VLE integrations, we use LTI to integrate with Moodle, Blackboard and Canvas.
Both integrations take less than 30 mins to implement and can be done independent of your IT departments resource and time.
We are providing Unitu for free up until 31st August 2020. What happens after is totally up to you – you can continue using Unitu or not, there is no obligation.
We will share with you our Service Level Agreement, that outlines our responsibilities as a service provider, in addition we will outline data protection policies. To save time set up, on boarding and training staff can happen independent of signing the contract.
After the initial 1 hour Success Planning Consultation, we can get your staff, reps and students up and running on Unitu within a few days.
In addition to live chat support, you will also be assigned a dedicated account manager who you will have regular check-in calls with and will be on hand to respond to your queries daily through email.
