Co-create 25′

Co-Create ’25 is an 18-month collaborative programme designed for Student Unions to transform their student representation system.

Students’ Unions are going through review periods of their representation system, and many need to restructure their system to be more effective and efficient in representing student voices.

To help with that, at Unitu, we created the “Co-create 25′” project, ready to be launched in 1st December 2024.

We are inviting 10 Students’ Unions willing to work closely with Unitu, shaping a digital platform that transforms rep systems to be more efficient and impactful. Together, we’ll co-design tools that streamline every aspect of student representation—from recruitment to recognition—ensuring that student voices drive real change.

A brief overview of the project

At Unitu, we’re passionate about helping Student Unions transform their rep systems. Co-Create ’25 is our 18-month journey to do just that—bringing 10 Student Unions together to make student representation more impactful and efficient through collaboration and innovation.

> Our Mission: Together, we’ll tackle the biggest challenges—elections, training, feedback collection, rep engagement, and rewards—ensuring every stage of the process works better for everyone.

> Tailored Solutions: You’ll get access to 10 customised tools, designed to automate and streamline everything from rep recruitment to feedback management.

> Your Journey: We’ll work in phases: Build, Test, and Learn (Jan – Jun 2025); Launch Prep (Jul – Sep 2025); and Review & Optimisation (Oct 2025 – Mar 2026).

> Co-creation at the core: You’ll be part of monthly roundtables, shaping the development of tools that work for your Students’ Union.
